This location is always slow and almost never get my order right. And when you realize that either something was left out or just plain wrong the employees and managers act as if it's your fault
Since this is the closest McDonald's to my home we go quite often, and now it seems if they mess up or forget you have to go inside to get it fixed because they will hand you your food through the window then turn around. I've actually knocked on the window to get the attention of th worker only to be completely ignored. -

Awful. Asked for a Big Mac with no lettuce and extra cheese. Received the box containing the Big Mac with a label correctly portraying what I ordered. Opened it to find a Big Mac with lettuce and no cheese. The other Big Mac was supposed to be no pickle extra cheese. Labeled box correct, sandwich a regular Big Mac. And, ZERO napkins or ketchup for two large fry orders. Called the store and spoke with a manager. I told her if the problem and she says, "Um, so you're saying one of your Big Mac's was messed up?"
Forget it. Heed my warning-go to Arby's. There's less to screw up. -

One if the slowest McDonald's I been around been in line to get everything and pay for about 25 mins .. dont come here unless you like to wait....after waiting for that long asked for ketchup gave me 1 packet for Large Fries and really cold fries , frustrating and disappointed. When they had no one in the lobby and 3 cars in line.
I could warm up my fries better with my heat on in my car, I ended up throw them away bc they were so cold. They took my money today pissed. I almost left and I think I should of but you can get out of the drive thru line when it's all blocked. -

Wow!! Slow slow service. Then after waiting what seemed for ever, the order was wrong. McDonald's is McDonald's, you would think by now they would have it together.

Although this McDonald's is convenient, they are always extremely slow. I'm not sure what the issue is. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is it's the same way. Getting in and out of this location is difficult with the heavy traffic on pimlico parkway. They often get orders wrong. I thought they had been open long enough to work the kinks out but maybe they need longer.
